Hi

Format the column as General.

If you are typing something with a slash in it, e.g. 1/4, then precede with
a single quote

This white space is where you ask questions.

You did not say what you mean by 'auto corrects' .
If 123 becomes 1.23 then use Options | Tools open the Edit tab and uncheck
the Fixed Decimals box.
