Please scroll down a few to my post - I was waiting for a reply but I dont
think you saw my plea! Shane: Here is the story - there area 4 columns. Name Date Emailed Date Paid Date Shipped I do not have anything showing Open or Closed and would be happy to do that to prepare this if you let me know what to do. So - basically, what I want is to copy ONLY those that have NOTHING in the 4th (Date Shipped) column. I can add a 5th column if you wish me to with either open or closed .... Thanks again! |

1 Select all the data including the header row 2 Use Data | Filer and check AutoFilter 3 In the header of column 4, select Blank Now only the row with blank last items are visible 4 Select all the visible data (header row included if you wish) and Copy 5) Move to target place; use Paste Now you have what is needed 6) Go back to original; select all the data and use Data | Filter and uncheck Auto Filter best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "Terri" wrote in message ...
