This is from Shane's alter-ego (grin)
1 Select all the data including the header row
2 Use Data | Filer and check AutoFilter
3 In the header of column 4, select Blank
Now only the row with blank last items are visible
4 Select all the visible data (header row included if you wish) and Copy
5) Move to target place; use Paste
Now you have what is needed
6) Go back to original; select all the data and use Data | Filter and
uncheck Auto Filter
best wishes

Please scroll down a few to my post - I was waiting for a reply but I dont
think you saw my plea!
Shane:
Here is the story - there area 4 columns.
Name
Date Emailed
Date Paid
Date Shipped
I do not have anything showing Open or Closed and would be happy to do
that
to prepare this if you let me know what to do. So - basically, what I
want
is to copy ONLY those that have NOTHING in the 4th (Date Shipped) column.
I
can add a 5th column if you wish me to with either open or closed ....
Thanks again!
