Hi,

This is a printer issue. Either your printer supports duplexing or it
doesn't. To find out choose File, Print, Properties and look on the various
tab for something about printing on 2 sides or duplexing.

Here is a more general form of the original poster's question:
How can I get excel to sent output from multiple worksheets to
a "printer" so that all of the output looks like a single "job" to
the spooler?

The problems that I am trying to solve a
1. How to all of the output to a single file for printing later.
(Here I want to have everything in a single file.)
and
2. How do I avoid wasted space when I print to through a "4 up"
pseudo printer for eventually printing on a duplex printer?
(Here I want to not waste up to 7/8ths of a page for each
worksheet.)

I know how to make my printer print duplex and how to make the
pseudo printer do 4 up and then print on a real duplex printer;
my question concerns what commands do I give Excel to combine
outputs from multiple worksheets.
