in lotus 123 there was a useful / often used conditional formatting (by
background colour) of unprotected cells for data input. This s/be top of chain of conditional formatting yet if exists must be well hidden / and there is no help found on this basic feature. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
