From your description I guess you want to increase each cell by one day?
If so, simple answer: in A2 enter =A1+1 and copy down as far as you wish. If you then want the dates to remain 'as is' then Copy - Paste Special - Value (you may then need to format the cells to your date format) otherwise if you subsequently change a date all those dates below will change!
