Default Spellcheck in Excel

Just upgraded to Office 2007 and I can't seem to get Spellcheck to work in
Excel. I have downloaded data from Access which is mostly text.

Default Spellcheck in Excel

Do you see the Spell icon in the Review tab?
If you type "donkay" in a cell, does Spell-check not suggest a change?
