Default formulas

I have to regularly compute cutting layout for minimizing wastage. We procure
angles in available in random lengths say 6-7 mtrs with increments of 100mm.
Now there are few hundreds of 20 different pieces I have to cut and also meet
the following criteria:
1) length of angles available: 6 mtrs - 7 mtrs.
2) Type of components: 20 types
3) length of components: 1500 -5750 mm long
4) End piece (Wastage) : .150mm < 200 mm
5)wastage allowed: 1.5%
6) maximum type of components allowed per length: 3
Can any one suggest how I can make a formula to give the combination I
should go in for?
