Default i monitor every tuesday and thursday xls now need next months

i have a bunch on companies on left
top has may-08 jun-08
under mos. 1 5 8...
under thu mon thur...

i need to get july, aug, sept...
must i input manual?

Enter a date in the first cell, like may 1, 2008, but format for custom d.
Then enter May 5, 2008 in the next cell, again, format for custom d. Then
in the next cell, use a formula like =D3+7 (where D3 is the cell with May1,
2008) and then copy that cell as far to the right as you need.
