Not sure if i used the right formula to begin with to calculate the sum of 7
different cell ( D5-J5 ) ...i just went to Math , sum, then typed in D5+E5+F5....and so on. But now i want to have the total amount figured out automatically as hours change per week...is that possible?? |

Automatic Adding
Hello,
You can use =sum(D5:J5) for the calculation as opposed to D5+E5.... Check under Tools | Options | Calculations Is Automatic checked?
