Default How do I change the color for cell selection in excel?

I have the same problem... However, it does use a color, a very, very,
very light blue(u can see this if you try to highlight a cell that is
colored dark blue). I cannot figure out where to change this..
HELP!!!, ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!
