Default Stop lines from showing

After I set the print area of my document, it prints as I want it to, but
onscreen the gridlines outside the print area still show.

If my columns go from A to K, how do I make everything to the right of the
print area show no lines for columns or rows when viewed onscreen?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

There may be an easier way, but I select the rows or columns that I don't
want to see gridlines and then click on the merge and center button on the
formatting toolbar.

Thanks, Ken. I'll give that a try!

Hi,

Try this in the menu bar go to

Tools/Options/View tab/ Uncheck the gridline box
and you will see on screen that there are no grid lines visible. These lines
are neither visible on screen nor while you print.

To bring thing in the right you can go to
Print Preview/Page setup/Magins and adjust.
