Default Transtion from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007

I am a new user of Excel 2007 and having a little trouble with the
transition. Is there a setting in the new Excel 2007 that enables a
transition tab to be available that you can shows the Excel 2003 menus that
you can click the commands you want to execute, and it shows the navigation
of those commands in the new Excel 2007? Or is there an Add In that does
this?

I appreciate and any help.
