Scientific Notation Truncation

How do I truncate a number in scientific notation without rounding the last
number?

example:
D22: 7.20117 E12 and I want 7.2011(0) E12

I have tried =TRUNC(D22,4) with no success. I am fairly new at excel so
very detailed responses are welcome. Thank you!
