I have created a worksheet in Excel but when I print it I only get the column
heading, lines inserted within the document but the data does not print. Help! -- Nanna in Texas |

You may have an old setting for print area.
select (highlight) the area you want to print and Go to <File <Print area <set print area then <file <print... print preview Regards -- Greetings from New Zealand "Beverly" wrote in message ... Try; View Page Break Preview, and drag the blue lines to include the cells that you wish to print. George Gee "Beverly" wrote in message ...
