Default Printing a heading on each new page when printing

I'm trying to find out if there is a way of having a heading that I have on
my first page repeated on the top of every page when I print out the
document. At the moment I'm having to inseert the heading at the top of each
page and if I start inserting new columns it means adjusting the page break
each time?

Do it with View Header and Footer.
Then it doesn't matter what columns you add in.
