I want to know, how to expand and minize the rows by clicking + and -. Pls

If you mean hide, then ctrl/9 will hide rows; ctrl/shift/9 will show rows,
ctrl/+ will insert rows, and ctrl/- will delete rows. If you have 10 rows selected when you do this, then 10 rows will be hidden/shown/inserted/deleted.
