Default Dash or Minus sign shos as zero in formula

Please help! When I was typing a formula, my hand slipped accross the
keyboard. Since that moment, every time I type a formula that uses a minus
sign in front of a number, it changes the minus sign to a zero. This also
happens with a dash in Microsoft word with text. If there is a decimal point
before the minus sign, it works fine. We have tried reinstalling Excel and
reinstalling the keybord drivers and replacing the keyboard but nothing seems
to fix the problem. It is not the format either, that is the first thing I
checked. Here is an example
As Typed +235-157-25
As Displyed +2350157025
If you know what caused this, please let me know.

If all you did was hit random keys, then maybe you re-programmed your keyboard.

You may want to share the name/model of keyboard -- or look through some of the
documentation (online???) to determine how to fix this.

If by chance you changed
tools|Autocorrect options|autocorrect tab
and replaced - with 0
you can try to correct it under that same option.
