Default Information trimmed

when have the narrow columns on the sceen and we save as (dbf asc etc.) the
fields get trimmed missing the hidden data from the columns . is there anyway
do have the full info. without having to widen each column indvidually to
full size of data ?

Default Information trimmed

Click the box aboe 1 and left of A. Place your mouse on the line between
columns (it'll turn into a line with two arrows pointing sidways.)
Double-click. This will resize all columns to best fit.
