Default copying information

When working on a list of names in column A Excell will automatically pap the
name up if I start to enter it again on a different line, but how do I get
excel to also copy the information for that person in cells in column B & C?
example: A B C
Name ID# Phone#
smith, jo 231 9999999

If I type smith, jo again on the list only smith, jo appears I need for the
other to colums to also appear.

Thank you for your help,
Taz
