Negative Numbers
This may sound silly, but I need to do the following:
Get Excel 2002 to accept a number -0. Yes that is minus zero. I cant just type it, Excle drops the minus sign. I assume that is because it is of no significance when doing calculations. Please Help!! Paul |

Negative Numbers
Since it has no significance enter it as text.
Precede with an apostrophe or pre-format the cell(s) as Text. Negative Numbers
Another option is to give the cell a custom format:
