Default when i enter a price like 16.50 the zero get cut off 16.5

how do i keep the zero on the price sheet using excel. $16.50

Pre-format the cell to 2 decimal places.

FormatCellNumberNumberDecimal Places..2

Default when i enter a price like 16.50 the zero get cut off 16.5

....and note that you do not need to type the final zero. Enter 16.5 to get
16.50
