How Do I format Background pictures?
Thanks to a member I was able to insert a picture into the background. But
now I need to know how do I format that picture. I'm sure it's not difficult, but I'm kind of new when it comes to excel. Thank you for your time. |

That works for Regular inserted pictures, I'm talking about pictures that
were inserted into the background of the sheet. By clicking FormatSheetBackground Thank you for your time.
