Default How Do I format Background pictures?

Thanks to a member I was able to insert a picture into the background. But
now I need to know how do I format that picture. I'm sure it's not
difficult, but I'm kind of new when it comes to excel. Thank you for your
time.

That works for Regular inserted pictures, I'm talking about pictures that
were inserted into the background of the sheet. By clicking
FormatSheetBackground
Thank you for your time.
