Default List of in this workbook only Functions

Perhaps this exists and I've just never seen it, but it appears to me that
there is a need for a list of worksheet functions that only work when
referencing data within the workbook they are used in and do not work across
workbooks when the other workbook is not also open.

Also, each of those functions should have an annotation of the limitation in
its HELP topic. And to be really helpful, an example of a workaround would
be great.
