Default need the result after using formula in deffrent colour

i am using microsoft excel version 2003 how to discribe in formula to get
answer in diffrent colour examples are as under

1- when days are exceeding 100 i need in read colour equal to and less then
100 need the result in black colour

Condition
=now()"28-06-2006" - 01-01-2006 = 178 days ( need 178 result automaticaly in
read colour bcz its grater then 100)

Condition
=now()"28-06-2006" - 01-06-2006 = 27 days ( Need 27 result automaticaly in
black colour bcz its = & less then 100)

Assuming your formula work in the cell then go to format_conditional
formating
choose cell value 100 pattern red
