Default Autosorting Information

I have four columns and 12 rows.
1st column = list of numbers that are referenced from another sheet where it
was totalled from changing information.
2nd column = corresponding description for each row.
3rd Column = a rank function '=13-RANK(B17,B$16:B$27)' to get the reverse
ranking from 12 to 1.
4th column = VLOOKUP function that searches for the 2nd column description
in a different sheet and returns a value.
In essence the first column is the predicted values with current values
added, 2nd is resposnsible party, third is predicted rank, and fourth is
current rank given already performed values.
I wank these rows to automatically sort from 12 to 1 in the 3rd column
(carrying the other rows with them) whenever I update the source information
that is added to the forcasted information.
Also, I have 10 instances of this that look at 10 different values, then use
these ranks to combine into two sub rankings and then one final ranking.
Thank you for your help.
