Default Calculating in a list

I have a spreadsheet where there are multiple columns with fixed cells
at the top performing calculations based on average, min, standard
deviation etc. for the values listed in the column below.

I was wondering if there is a formula or way of making the fixed cells
calculate on the the data I have listed instead of calculating the all
of the values currently in the column.

For example, in my "Days" column I will select "2" and all the values
in the "Tree Growth" column will be listed beside them for day 2, but
my fixed cells will still calculate all of the values in the "Tree
Growth" column. Is there a way for me to create a formula so the fixed
cells will calculate only the values listed in the "Tree Growth" column
if I select day 2 or any day from my list? Or any other way to remedy
this problem?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Default Calculating in a list

Look at SUMIF (as a starter) and/or SUMPRODUCT.
