Would like to share an excel worksheet, but both protect modification of the
entire worksheet (simple enough -- know how to do that), but would also like to hide viewing of a specific column or columns. Is this possible? |

Hi Tamara
if you hide the columns before you protect the worksheet then they can not be unhidden unless the password is known (or cracked, which BTW is pretty easy to do). Therefore, the best thing to do is create a new workbook with only the data that you want the recipient to be able to see (ever) and then send them that.
