Default How do I rename an Excel worksheet when the feature is grayed out.

I am trying to use the rename feature, but it is grayed out. Also copy and
move worksheet. What am I missing???

maybe the workbook is protected ?

it's not protected, it show an invalid key, or do not use more then 31
characters.

How do I rename an Excel worksheet, I selected Move or Copy, move to end, and
tried to rename it to Franchise, it shows that I used an invalid key?
