Default in excel totaling weekly hours military time

I really need help. I've been ask to create a time sheet that auto
calculates time both daily total and weekly toals. once my sheet goes past
24 hours the totals are not correct. I've tried changing to absoultes, tried
changing from military time to text, nothing works.
Thank you all,
