Default Conditional FIND and REPLACE

Hi Everyone,

I have an excel sheet that was created with a query from an AS/400
database that requires a conditional function to be applied to two
columns. I want the condition to look in one column for a specific
value and replace the value in another column with "0". Any help would
be appreciated.

Thanks.
