Default excel sales invoice template

After adding all my company info on this template, i saved it to a file. How
do you change the worksheet to keep your info and not let it be changed. I
just want to add cust. name and any parts and labor performed. Any help would
be great. I am using office 2003

You could save the Template as "READ ONLY'.
Right Click - Properties - Tick Read Only.

Then you can open it edit/add to it, but it must be saved as a New File or
deleted.
The original Template (Read Only)will always remain the same.
