Default Tool tips for UDF

I am new using user defined functions and half expect this is something I
have missed.

I have a function that extracts line of data from a string and would like to
have it display the required input after a user enters the function name
(much the same way excel does with the built in functions).
Something like:

=extractline( <<<< User starts to
enter function
[extract from], [Line No] <<<< have this display as
a "tool tip"

Any suggestions any one?

Thanks for reading and for any suggestions

Terry
