Is it possible to setup a TAB Order so that when you hit the TAB Button you
navigate to the Next Selected Cell. Not neccesarily the next cell, as it
could be 2 Rows down and 3 across.

Is this possible, How?

One way is to use a named range.

FormatCellProtection, unckeck Locked for those cells you want to tab to
ToolsProtectionProtect sheet
