Default False statement = "no action"

Is it possible to make a false result take absolutely no action. And I am not
looking for the....""...... That simply empties out the cell. I need a false
result to do nothing.

Functions used in Excel spreadsheets don't "do" things, they return values.

Default False statement = "no action"

You must have a true, False argument.
Give a sample of what you are trying to do, as there may be better ways to
achieve your result.
