I found out the formula. Here it is:
=OFFSET($A$1,MATCH((IF(B15<1,1,B15)),A2:A11,0),MAT CH((IF(B16<1,1,B16)),B1:K1,0)).
I would like to thank my Brother for this. He was reading this and
came up with it. Now that I got my hard question out of the way. How
do I hide this formula in my spreadsheet?
