Hi
either use a pivot table or the function SUMIF -- Regards Frank Kabel Frankfurt, Germany "Wes" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... I've got a list of entries in 2 columns column A has names in it, column B has numbers. I'd like to look at trends and make a line chart of the numbers that correspond to certain names in column A. Is there an array formula or somthing to make a new list with only the values corresponding to a certain name? Thanks in advance for your help. Wes |
