I can delete data, but it delets the formula. Is there any way to lock a
formula, but can still clear data? Thanks |

Two ways 1) If it's just for you go to EditGo toSpecial... and select 'Constants' and/or numbers and text and pres the delete key 2) For all users, select all the cells you want to delete. (You might do this by method 1) and then go to FormatCellsProtection and un-check locked. EditGo To(or F5)SpecialConstants. Tickmark what you want selected then OK your way out. EditDelete what is highlighted.
