Default How do you divide two cells in a pivot table to equal a %?

I have taken my data from one spreadsheet and created a pivot table. That
table has four columns with 26 lines.

I want to divide one cell by another with a formual and copy the formula.

Total dollars paid
dollars chargedback that month
ongoing chargebacks.
I want to divide line 2 by line one. Divide line 3 by line one. I then
have the same scenerior for 15 more areas with the same three lines and
different dollars.

What is the formula that I can copy.
