Default How can i protect...


I really want to kno How can i protect a workbook from being changed and
saved as a copy without a box poping up in the first place saying
'insert password'. So basically like the protect sheet....i tried the
protect workbook but it just wouldnt work, i dont know where im going
wrong.
Please help this is urgent =(
