The following requires both conditions 1 and 2
=SUMPRODUCT((condition1)*(condition2),sumRange) To sum if either condition is met, use =SUMPRODUCT((condition1)+(condition2),sumRange) You can also combine AND and OR criteria with judicious use of parentheses.
