Default Creating a formula that references other sheets

I am trying to create a formula that will reference other sheets within my
spreadsheet and maintain this reference even if I sort the data or move the
cell that I am referencing. I tried using the absolute functions, but that
did not work. This is an example of my function.
=Appleton!B2+'Oshkosh S'!B2+'Oshkosh N'!B2+Chatfield!B2
