Default 'Copy to' Advance Filter depend only on sheet ID not start sheet

When using Advance Filter with 'copy to another location', it would be better
if the process only used the Sheet name, an was not dependant on the active
sheet when the process was started. This is a pain, and is a pitfall for new
users.
