formula corruption

Hi,

I have a workbook with approx 70 worksheets in it. There are many different
formulas. Sometimes some of the formulas get corrupted. I can't pin down
when it happens or what causes it but a hash sign appears in the formula so
the formula doesn't work. Any ideas?
