Default Help with Forumla

Hi, I am trying to make this spreadsheet, I work for a clothing
manufactorer, I am based out of Honduras Central America. We have
multiple sewing lines, and they produce a certain amount of peices by
size, and by individule "PO's" purchase orders, the individual sizes
are broken up into multiple lines. I am trying to figure out if it's
possible to have a forumla look up certain values by individual line,
that only corrospond to certain PO #'s, and add them together
automaticlly? I know it is difficult to see what I am getting at, so I
made this spread, maybe this will help? thanks!

It sounds like either the SUMIF function and/or the Data SubTotals feature
would be what you are looking for. Check the HELP, and/or post back with
more specifics.

Ok I have revised this worksheet. What I am trying to get at is this:
I have seperate columns on my spread,
COL A = MOD #
COL B = PO#
COL E = SIZES
COL F = MON (production, qty)
COL G - K = TUE - FRI (production qty)
I HAVE A LIST OF PO #'S I WILL BE USING FOR THE WEEK AT THE BOTTOM, AS
WELL AS A LIST OF MODULE NUMBERS LISTED BELOW
The problem I have is we input multiple PO's and multiple sizes into
diff modules by day, this makes it time consuming to enter and track.
Like EX say i input 23 pcs in module 1A for size Small, and 45 pcs in
module 7A for size Small, then in the PO BOX and the COL for Size small
it was list both Modules 1A,7A automaticly. Just by inputting into excel
to search for the MOD # that only corrosponds with a certain PO #.
I belive it would also be possible to do the same with the actual
production
qty's
The attachment is small and will help to see the picture, any help you
guys can give me is greatly appreciated, I am trying to figure out how
I could do this on my own, but keep running into problems with the
functions. thanks.
Dustin Miller.
