Default one sheet to another, when teh lines vary

Hello,

I am trying to write a formula that will bring data from one sheet to
another. On sheet 1 I would like to bring data from sheet 2. I would like
the data to appear in C4 and D4. The issue is that the data I would like to
bring over is not always in the same place on sheet 2.

For example, the data I need to read will always be in column C, but not
always the same row. Here is what the sheet looks like that I am drawing the
data from (I need the 1058 to pull over to sheet 1 cell C4 and the 43 to
appear in D4 - remember, the data will not always be on the same line):

A B C D E

DG1 Outdoor 1 112 6 308.59821
DG2 Outdoor 2 80 0 366.3875
DG3 Outdoor 3 57 1 262.64912
DG4 Outdoor 4 26 2 351.80769
DG5 Indoor 5 51 3 410.58824
DG6 Indoor 6 186 5 276.15054
DG7 Indoor 7 345 16 313.04638
DG8 Indoor 8 116 7 322.71552
DG9 Dev 9 27 2 316.11111
DG10 All Groups 1058 43 311.00473

Thanks
