Default Summary of hyperlink info on spreadsheets

Hello,
I use several workbooks for detailing connections between pieces of
equipment.

There are many, many hyperlinks between the sheets. I find to tricky to
keep them all up to date.

I have seen there are programs available which summarise all the links
in word doc.s but nothing for Excel.

What I am after is a summary list of all the hyperlinks in a workbook
and which cell they're pointing at.

Also, what would be particularly handy would be to have the hyperlink
destination change when another row or column is inserted on the
destination worksheet. Rather than having to manually go through and
correct the links.

many thanks,
d
