Default Control toolbox

I added "combo box" or "spin botton" on my worksheet from control toolbox.
While I was in design mode, I wanted to add data range assinged to botton.
As per manual, I right clicked and chose "format control". On the format
control screen, there supposed to be a tab I can enter data range. But all I
can see in the screen are "size", "protection", "property", and "web".
There should be one more tab. Do I have to install add in or any other
programs to enable this?
Please help me.
Thank you.
