Default HELP! Making A Form

Ok so I have a form that looks like this and I want to be able to enter some
data in the cells formated with a border on the bottom. i want to be able to
just hightlight everything and hit the backspace and only the data that I
just entered would be taken out. Not the form. Any suggestions?

PHONE:______________

MESSAGE:___________________

have the name in a seperate cell but format to the rightl and format the
underline as the top of the cell below,and then protect the names and
underline cells
