Default How do I change existing shreadsheet info from vertical to horizon

I have an existing spreadsheet with info already entered. I need to rotate
the info so that the heading (titles) are on along the top (horizontal)
instead of down the side (vertical). How can I do that? Using both microsoft
excel 97 and 2003.
